Good job Mike helped installed smart lock in my new home in Eagan.

Mike installed a Yale keypad door lock and exchanged 2 door handles. The old door handles were extremely difficult to remove, but Mike was able to get them off and preserve one piece of hardware to reuse. Mike worked diligently to ensure the door handles were replaced, which was a much more difficult job than originally anticipated. He was so kind and professional! Would highly recommend!

Awesome- recommended for timely service, careful and professional deadbolt installation. I called for an appointment to install 3 interior deadbolts at my home… a non-urgent need. However, to my delight, literally 10 minutes later AJ arrived to do my install! AJ knows what he’s doing and he completed the job with care. We are very pleased.

Michael came out to rekey six locks for me, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. A real person answered the phone even after what I would consider normal business hours, and the turnaround time between my call and service was surprisingly fast.

Michael was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He even welcomed my curiosity and let me observe his work. As an educator, I appreciated the chance to learn something new while watching a true craftsman at work.

I work for a collision company and one of our techs locked the key fob inside the car. I contacted 3 other lock smiths and no one else was able to assist me as fast as Reliable lock smith! Alex the locksmith got here within 10 mins, and unlocked car within 2. Very nice and helpful company.

Mike was our locksmith and he went above and beyond in every aspect! He explained the different grade and qualities of locks, walked through with us and provided excellent and cost efficient ideas for what we wanted. Once he was finished, not only were the locks & knobs expertly installed but all the doors open, shut, and locked like they were brand new. He also showed our boy the fancy key cutting and engraving machine and he was mesmerized! Would give 6 stars if I could.

We recently had a 3-point lock replaced by Mike. We’ve dealt with a janky front door lock for almost 15 years and finally decided to replace it.
